Die Dachreling passt nur auf Fahrzeuge mit Carbondach und dient als Ersatz für die Originalreling.

Kohlefaserwerkstoffe sind für ihre hohe Festigkeit und ihr geringes Gewicht bekannt. Im Motorsport, insbesondere in der Fahrzeugaerodynamik, wird Carbon häufig verwendet. Verschiedene Arten von Spoilern, Diffusoren, Splittern und Flaps bestehen oft aus Carbon.


In unserer Carbon Division, einem spezialisierten Produktionszweig für die Verarbeitung von Kohlefasern, werden die von uns angebotenen Elemente hergestellt. Dazu gehören auch die Dachreling für den BMW M4 G82. Dachreling sind die aerodynamischen Elemente des Fahrzeugs, die die Seitenelemente des Autodachs abdecken.


Der Dachreling erweitert optisch die Karosserie des Autos. Sie sind so konzipiert, dass sie die ursprüngliche Dachprägung ergänzen und sich so perfekt in das Gesamtbild des Fahrzeugs einfügen. Die Dachreling wird als Ersatz für Originalelemente eingebaut, wodurch Eingriffe in die Struktur vermieden werden und die Festigkeit des Elements nicht beeinträchtigt wird.

Der Dachreling wurde in Polen hergestellt und durch Thermodruckbehandlung gefertigt. Kohlenstofffasern werden bei hoher Temperatur und hohem Druck ausgehärtet, wobei ein Autoklav verwendet wird. Diese Methode der Carbon-Herstellung gilt als die modernste und garantiert eine hervorragende Wirkung sowohl in Bezug auf die Festigkeit als auch auf die optischen Eigenschaften.

Wir versenden Carbon-Produkte ordnungsgemäs gesichert – neben normaler Folie, die das Bauteil vor Kratzern schützt, verwenden wir auch reichlich Luftpolsterfolie und eine Schutzmatte, die das Produkt beim Transport vor Stößen und Vibrationen schützt.
