"Die Diversitas Weine sind komplexe, tiefgründige Weine mit langer Lebensdauer. Der Petite Arvine stammt aus einer Einzellage in Salgesch und wird in Barriquefässern mit einem Anteil Akazienholz ausgebaut.
In der Nase zuerst etwas verhalten, braucht Zeit, um sich zu öffnen, dann etwas Mandarine und Honig. Am Gaumen explodiert der Wein jedoch total, mit Aroma von pink Grapefruit, Mandarine, Minze und nassem Stein. Die berühmte salzige Note von Petite Arvine kommt schon im Antrunk voll zum Zug, zeigt auch Würze vom Barrique. Der Wein Ist mit wahnsinnig viel Schmelz ausgestattet und ist extrem lang."
