Durch das Training mit dem Deluxe Balance Board trainieren Sie nicht nur Ihren Gleichgewichtssinn, sondern erhöhen die Körperspannung, die Balance, als auch die Körperhaltung und Koordination. Bereits nach kurzer Trainingsdauer werden Sie bemerken wieviel leichter es Ihnen fällt durch ganz leichtes Flexen der Muskeln und die nötige Körperspannung die Balance zu halten. Dadurch erhöhen Sie durch regelmäßiges Training Ihre koordinativen Fähigkeiten und minimieren das Risiko zu stürzen, oder auch nach einem Unfall Ihren Körper unasymmetrisch zu trainieren. Very soft, not firm at all
This pillow is very floppy and not firm at all. It is quite large and I was surprised at the size. My dog has taken a liking to it and decided it's now her new dig bed, which is fine by me, because it's really too soft for my liking. If you like soft pillows then this is for you. If you require something with a bit more support then you won't enjoy this pillow.

this pillow does work
