Die Bosch ISIO Akku Gras und Strauchscheren kombiniert zwei Maschinen in einer: Mit dem wechselbaren Messer können sowohl präzise Formschnitte an Büschen als auch saubere Rasenkanten geschnitten werden. Möglich macht es das 12 cm lange Strauchmesser und das 8 cm breite Grasmesser. Dank dem innovativen Multi-Click-System können die Messeraufsätze schnell und werkzeuglos gewechselt werden und sorgt somit für flexibles Arbeiten. Der 3,6-V-Lithium-Ionen-Akku der Gras- und Strauchschere erlaubt eine Betriebszeit von bis zu 50 Minuten. Mit den in der Schweiz gefertigten Präzisionsmessern erzielen Sie beste Schnittergebnisse und eine hohe Langlebigkeit. Dabei ist die Maschine besonders Leicht und ergonomisch designt, um so eine maximale Laufruhe für ermüdungsarmes und gesundheitsschonendes Arbeiten zu erreichen. Rob's book was very useful to me, both in helping me gain better skills in underwriting basics (stabilization time period and how unit renovations and rent bumps are modeled/phased-in as well as when to start applying rent escalator) as well as higher level topics, like partnership structures, sensitivity analyses, and judging the returns. In all of these higher level topics I learned several new topics (and calculations to add to my underwriting) and would guess that even experienced investors would pick up a few quality nuggets in these sections.
