Installation und Nutzung

Der Basic Tankring und der zugehörige Gegenhalter werden je nach Tankform und Lenkereinschlag des Motorrads am Tankrucksack angebracht. Der Tankdeckel bleibt auch mit montiertem Tankring voll zugänglich, was die Nutzung erheblich vereinfacht.

Unterschiede zu anderen Tankringsystemen

Im Vergleich zum Lock-it System von HEPCO & BECKER, das zusätzlich Magnete für die Zentrierung nutzt, basiert der Basic Tankring ausschließlich auf einer mechanischen Verriegelung. Beide Systeme verwenden jedoch denselben modellspezifischen Metallring.

Weitere Hinweise

Es ist wichtig, dass der Tankrucksack und der Tankring vom gleichen System stammen, da die Komponenten des einen Systems nicht mit denen des anderen kompatibel sind.
