Das komplexe Mundspray von Lavylites ist reich an wertvollen pflanzlichen Extrakten und ätherischen Ölen. Ideal für die Mundpflege und -hygiene.
Die besonderen Inhaltsstoffe haben eine Vielzahl von Eigenschaften, die für ihre positiven Wirkungen bekannt sind. Diese sind für eine gewisse Mund- und Zahnpflege hervorragend geeignet, wie z.B.:

  • die Pfefferminze hat entzündungshemmende und schleimlösende Eigenschaften, auch bei Schleimhautentzündungen des Mund- und Rachenraums anwendbar
  • der Eukalyptus ist für seine positive Wirkung auf die Atemwege bekannt, unterstützt die Bekämpfung von Bakterien im Mundraum und hilft bei der Regeneration der Haut
  • das Teebaumöl hat wundheilende Eigenschaften, arbeitet stark desinfizierend und antibakteriell
  • das Lorbeeröl ist ebenfalls für seine antibakterielle Eigenschaft bekannt, sowie für eine durchblutungsfördernde und schmerzlindernde Wirkung

Anwendung:
Nach Bedarf 3-5 mal täglich, 1-3 mal in die Mundhöhle sprühen. 
Darf nicht in die Augen gelangen! Kühl, vor Licht geschützt, fern von Wärme- und Zündquellen lagern!

Das Lavyl32 besteht in entscheidendem Maß aus natürlichen Inhaltstoffen, wird ohne Tierversuche gefertigt, ist GVO-frei und enthält kein Kolophonium, keine synthetischen Farbstoffe, Silikon, Sulfate, Parabene, Paraffine, Aluminiumsalze, synthetische Parfüme. Menschen mit einer Glutenunverträglichkeit, Laktoseintoleranz, Diabetiker, Veganer und Vegetarier können es auch benutzen.

In Einzelfällen kann es aus Verfügbarkeitsgründen vorkommen, dass wir statt 1x 150ml die teureren 3x 50ml ohne Mehrkosten zusenden, bitte um eine Nachricht unter Bemerkungen, falls dieses NICHT gewünscht wird. Die Menge ist identisch, bleibt aber länger frisch, wenn Sie erst eine neue 50ml Flasche öffnen, nachdem die vorherige aufgebraucht wurde!

The key to writing a Camino book--at least from this reader's perspective--it to have a well-written, well-edited, and unique personal account of the adventure. I've read many Camino books that lack these three elements. WTTEOTW has all three elements and is a great addition to anyone's Camino library. The book is paced nicely and makes for an easy read. I was amused that the author had spent considerable time preparing for this trip yet seemed not to have absorbed some important information prior to the trip--e.g. appropriate footwear, the scramble for nightly accommodations, the frustrations that commonly occur while traveling in unfamiliar cultures. Her adjustments along the way provide humor and insight into preparing for things we've not yet experienced in our own lives.

I'm thinking of doing the French route myself (starting in Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port) and have been inhaling other people's stories of the route, whether blog or book form. I liked that the author is willing to note her own faults as much of those of others', but noted the strengths of herself and everyone around her as well. And her love for her husband jumped off the page, which I really appreciated! About halfway through the author's time in Spain I found myself on google maps--a surprising portion of the Camino is available on street view!--and yeah, now I *really* want to go. I'm thinking spring of 2023. Fingers crossed. EDIT: I read the book and wrote this review in late fall of 2021. It is currently March of 2023. I'm flying to France on April 17th, to start in St. Jean Pied de Port. :D EDIT, number two: The Camino was awesome, and I will probably do it again in a few years, and it was fun to reread this book after doing the Camino and be able to remember so many of the places she talks about. <3

I've walked to Santiago twice, in 2016 at 65 from St. Jean and in 2019 from Le Puy and bought the book during the pandemic as I waxed nostalgic for the weeks on the road under load with beer bread and bed waiting each afternoon. Beth did a marvelous job of capturing her Camino and much of mine. I almost again feel the foot pain, the rain , the sun, the climbs, the descents, the hot cold on off showers, and the hugs. She helped me again hear the news from Radio Camino, the snoring in the gites and albergues, songs on the road, and the slightly tipsy and slightly loud cafe conversations. I could smell the the morning coffee bowl, the cheeses, the pastries, the animal dropping. And she helped me remember speedy young pilgrims, poor and semi-prosperous middle age Spaniards, paths that were old when followed by Charlemagne, D'Artagnan, and Roman legionnaires, and friends, companions and acquaintancesof all ages and duration. Perhaps because of Justino's background, this is by far the most interesting and entertaining Camino story I've read. For me, it is just the right mix of her daily hiking experience along with a little historical background for context. Her subtle, sometimes self-degrading, humor is a bonus. At the end of the book she provided her daily destinations and miles walked along with a packing list which is something I wish more authors would provide. I'm in my 60's now and beginning to doubt if I will ever make the walk but after reading this book I'm still hoping.
