Als 2011 sein 24-stündiger Film The Clock auf der 54. Biennale von Venedig mit dem »Goldenen Löwen« ausgezeichnet wurde, schlug seine Stunde. Doch für sein komplexes Œuvre als Künstler, Performer und Pionier des Turntablism ist der Amerika-Schweizer Christian Marclay (*1955) bereits seit über 30 Jahren berühmt. Seither übersetzt er Sounds und Musik in seinen Performances, Installationen, Collagen, Skulpturen und Fotografien in sichtbare Formen und deckt hierin Sinneserfahrungen auf, die seine Betrachter bis dato nicht zu erleben wagten. Comics und Mangas sind das Ausgangsmaterial in Marclays neuesten Arbeiten, deren Klangerlebnis noch einmal neue Dimensionen eröffnet. Excellent wire!

This wire is very soft and flexible. Many strands and tinned nicely. A perfect upgrade for my power wheel wires that keep melting. These have been running for months in exterior environment without any issues.

I used this wire for the umbilical cord from my truck to my slide in camper. The flexibility of this wire makes it much easier handle and route in between the cab and bed. I do have it enclosed in a flexible cover.
