Besonderheiten: Dieser aussergewöhnliche Cognac stammt aus der renommierten Region Petite Champagne und wurde 1998 aus biologisch angebauten Ugni Blanc-Trauben destilliert. Nach über 25 Jahren Reifung in neuen Limousin-Eichenfässern wurde er im Juli 2025 in einer limitierten Auflage von 648 nummerierten Flaschen abgefüllt. Mit einem natürlichen Alkoholgehalt von 52,7% präsentiert er sich als kraftvoller, dennoch eleganter Tropfen.

Tasting Notes:

  • Nase: Ein ausdrucksstarkes Bouquet von getrockneten Früchten, kandierten Mirabellen und Bienenwachs, unterlegt mit feinen Gewürznoten und einem Hauch von Tabak.
  • Gaumen: Samtig und vollmundig mit Aromen von geschmorten gelben Früchten, Honig und Zitrusfrüchten, begleitet von subtilen Holznoten.
  • Abgang: Ein langer, eleganter Nachklang, der die Komplexität und Tiefe dieses seltenen Cognacs unterstreicht.
