Der Deidesheimer Kirchenberg liegt erhöht am Haardtrand in der Pfalz – kühler als die tiefer gelegenen Lagen, mit weniger Ertrag und mehr Spannung im Wein. Spontangärung, Ausbau auf der Feinhefe. Präzision statt Fülle.
