Introducing the JP Australia Super Lightwind 2026.

No Foil necessary, you won't find another board that gets you up and gliding as early and as effortlessly as the JP Super Lightwind.

Since its introduction in 2011, it has been virtually unrivaled as one of the few true light wind boards on the market. It glides in almost no wind and reaches top speed immediately. At the same time, it rides incredibly comfortably, smoothly, and super easily for its size.
This is JP's fifth generation of this unique board design, and like its predecessors, it benefits from the shape developments of the slalom and super sport boards as well as the HydroFoil performance boards. This makes it JP's hottest toy for all light wind days, whether you ride the board with a fin or Foil.
You have to try it to believe how much fun you can have in almost no wind. Light wind blasting!

The number one priority in Werner Gnigler's design briefing was to combine outstanding early planing with an electrifying feel and a super easy ride.
To achieve this, the outline is long. This creates a balanced curve for a smooth and effortless transition from non-planing to planing.

Another effect is that you benefit from a comfortable, parallel stance and the power is evenly distributed from both legs to the edge. For a board of this size, the shape feels small and lively underfoot, yet is much easier to control than previous models. This is definitely a highlight of this shape.

How easy it is to ride and how well it can be controlled is also evident when jibing. Not only does the outline provide good maneuverability, but the thin and smoothly shaped edge—especially at the rear—allows for perfect posture and comfort in all different footstrap positions, perfect for fin and Foil.

The concave deck lowers the pivot point of the Baseplate, reduces swing weight, and provides extra control when you're pushing the limits or carving. The sail foot comes lower, naturally closing the gap between the sail and the board. This further increases light wind efficiency.

The hull has a transforming Vee Flow: pronounced at the front, in front of the Baseplate, for a smooth ride and low-friction touch-downs; it flattens out between the straps and opens up again towards the tail. This makes the board ride high and loose and irons out chop. The transforming V leads to a curved rail line, which makes jibes smoother and helps you come out of the jibe at full speed.

Large cutouts provide the perfect mix of early release and long rail line for control with a fin. They make the rails thinner at the rear. This allows you to easily edge the board at high speed and carve through the jibe. When foiling, they also give you extra flex and help load the wings for takeoff.

You don't need a Foil to ride this board in super light wind

.

Have fun. But if you want to try it, JP's Foil Tuttlebox makes it a real Foil weapon. Not only do the volume and size get you flying super early, but the width also gives you the leverage to control the lift when the wind picks up and things get faster.

Very Good - But Conclusion Derails
Format: Paperback
Gaventa wrote an intriguing introduction to the book of Romans. She begins by setting up what we can know about the setting, and likewise critiques some overreach in some other treatments. The chapters which traces significant themes of sin/salvation; righteousness; worship; community; and the Jewish problem throughout the book. The threads she knits together move past the simplistic, and are convincing. Where she loses me is in the conclusion. Her argument that "all" is necessarily universal as it stretches to salvation seems to ignore much of what Paul himself wrote in Romans. Yes, sin is universal. Salvation is universally available. But universal availability doesn't suggest universal application.
