Das nur 10 cm hohe Gerät ist ideal für den mobilen Einsatz und bietet Funktionen wie fünf Temperatureinstellungen (170 °C bis 220 °C), ein magnetisches Mundstück und eine schnelle Aufheizzeit von 30 Sekunden für schnellere Sessions. Er verfügt außerdem über haptisches Feedback und eine schnelle USB-Ladefunktion.

Zum Einschalten des Geräts drücken Sie fünfmal schnell hintereinander den Einschaltknopf. Nach dem Einschalten drücken Sie zweimal auf den Einschaltknopf, um die Temperatur zu wechseln. Helle LED-Anzeigen leuchten bei einer Temperatur von 170 °C bis 220 °C auf. Der Wulf NEXT verfügt zusätzlich über einen Power-Boost-Modus. Im Power-Boost-Modus blinken die LEDs und signalisieren dem Benutzer, dass die Temperatur alle 5 Sekunden um 10 Grad steigt. Aus Sicherheitsgründen verfügt der Wulf NEXT über eine automatische Abschaltzeit von 4 Minuten, um Energieverschwendung oder Überhitzung zu vermeiden.
