Nach der zweiten Gärung in der Flasche reift der Sekt 32 Monate auf der Hefe, wodurch er seine Komplexität und Aromen entwickelt. Dieser Sekt ist Brut Nature, was bedeutet, dass er ohne Dosage hergestellt wird.
