Wechseln Sie einfach die Kugeln im Halter aus Silikon aus, um das gewünschte Gewicht zu erhalten. Die Kugeln lassen sich einfach mit ein wenig Gleitmittel einführen. Beginnen Sie mit den leichtesten Kugeln und steigern Sie die Dauer und das Gewicht mit andauerndem Training langsam. Nach einer bestimmten Trainingsdauer auch ohne Halter zu benutzen.
