Guarana wird bereits seit Jahrhunderten im Gebiet des Amazonas benutzt, da die zu den Seifenbaumgewächsen zählende Liane, die fünffache Menge an Koffein im Vergleich zu Kaffeebohnen besitzt. Der zusätzliche Vorteil ist, dass Koffein erst nach und nach abgegeben wird, da es an die in der Pflanze enthaltenen Gerbstoffe gebunden ist.
- AUSGEWOGENE DOSIERUNG: Eine Kapsel enthält 470mg Guarana-Extrakt (davon 56mg natürliches Koffein) plus 150mg Koffein und verfügt somit über einen Gesamtkoffeingehalt von 206mg. Vitamin B6 trägt zusätzlich zur Verringerung von Müdigkeit und Ermüdung bei. Das Koffein wird durch den hohen Anteil an Gerbstoffen und sekundären Pflanzenstoffen nur langsam abgegeben.
- ANWENDUNG & WIRKUNG: Maximal 1 Kapsel täglich mit ausreichend Flüssigkeit einnehmen. Nicht geeignet für Personen unter 18 Jahren, Schwangere und stillende Mütter.

Good read
"I know you were once an child with dreams but I once your child with my own dreams." Is a quote that relates to this book.While it needs to be edited more and some mistakes fixed, this has allowed me and many others to understand our parents better and work towards fixing what they have done or even what they failed to do.
