Unsere Hurricane 3,5" Klappenabgasanlage für den Audi S3 8V 300PS Vorfacelift, ist etwas besonderes!
Natürlich möchten wir dir die Vorteile hier nicht vorenthalten:
- 3,5" Rohrdurchmesser: Umso größer der Durchmesser, desto lauter der schlussendliche Klang! Bei unserer Rohrführung in 3,5" erreichen wir das absolute Maximum dessen, was legal möglich ist!
- Gewichtsreduktion: Unsere Abgasanlage ist im Vergleich zur Serien-Variante ganze 7Kg leichter und verbessert so dein Fahrverhalten ungemein!
- Hurricane Exhaust Klappensteuerungsmodul: Unsere smarte ECE-Klappensteuerung weiß genau, wann sie die Klappen öffnen oder schließen muss, so dass du jede Fahrt ohne Bedenken genießen kannst.
- Verarbeitung bester Materialien: Wir arbeiten nur mit den hochwertigsten Materialien, damit du lange Freude an deiner Komplettanlage hast. Dafür verwenden wir beispielsweise nur V2A L304 Edelstahl.
- Handgefertigt in Deutschland: Jede unserer Sportabgasanlagen ist von Hand für dich angefertigt und bekommt während der Produktion viel Aufmerksamkeit, damit du schlussendlich einen Sportauspuff bekommst, der nicht nur gut klingt, sondern auch lange gut aussieht.
- Eintragungsfrei! Danke ECE-Genehmigung ist unsere Straightpipe-Abgasanlage, eintragungsfrei fahrbar!
Wichtige Hinweise:
Nicht jedes originale Audi-Klappenmodul steuert die Abgasklappen nach den offiziellen ECE-Vorgaben. Daher bieten wir zusätzlich unser eigenes Klappensteuerungsmodul an, welches die gesetzlichen Vorgaben zu 100% erfüllt und die Hurricane Exhaust Anlage legalisiert.
Solltest du dieses nicht mitbestellen, können wir die Abgasanlage nicht mit ECE-Genehmigung ausliefern und sind nicht für eventuelle Konsequenzen verantwortlich.
Wenn du bereits eine Leistungssteigerung hast, verfällt unsere ECE-Genehmigung! Ebenso verhält es sich mit Ladeluftkühlern oder Ansaugsystemen. Hier wird eine neue Kombinationsabnahme fällig. Wende dich gerne, in diesem Fall direkt an uns oder unsere Montagepartner, wir helfen dir bei der neuen Eintragung.

Snapped perfectly into place. Zero play with the fit and hood hinge still just as accessible as oe grille. No trimming required. If you’re sick of snapping your grille back in every time you lift the hood, buy it!
I also have the colored grill inserts and they snap on perfectly with no play.

Fit is perfect and these have a very nice glossy finish

Fit is perfect and these have a very nice glossy finish, which looks much better than the matte finish. As others have said, the driver's side grill lacks a cut out where the hood latch pull handle swings out when you need to lift the hood (compare the driver's side grill with the existing grill to see location and size of the cut out). I was able to cut an opening within 10 minutes and I haven't had any problems opening the hood since the installation.

Nice Finish, Decent Fit

The fitment isn't perfect like the OEM grilles, but overall I was satisfied. These are just slightly smaller than the originals so there is a little play once installed. No need to modify the LH side grille for clearance to the hood latch though as other reviews mention. It looks like the design has been revised to address that problem. I was impressed with the paint finish and there weren't any noticeable blemishes like dust or dirt in the paint. These are probably the best and cheapest gloss black kidney grilles for E46 that are currently available. OEM grilles w/ gloss black are basically discontinued so we're all stuck with aftermarket if you want the gloss black shadowline look.

Awful fitment, poor quality
Size: 2002-2005 E46
Although not oem quality was expected, but I never thought to throw them away either. Grills look very nice, outside quality is good. Unfortunately the grills do not fit to its place and slip just after you close the hood. After several tries to make them stay in place I have broken 2 clamps. Finally I have removed these grills and went on with OEM ones.
Also, pay attention that you must drill a space for hood lock on the inner side (driver side grill does not have the factory space for hood lock handle).
