Die Kontrastfeder der hinteren Umlenkrolle ist von erheblicher Bedeutung für die Anpassung des Variators an die Leistungssteigerung bei höchsten Anforderungen.

Nach dem Einbau von Umbausätzen mit hohen Drehmoment- und Leistungswerten kann es vorkommen, dass der Antriebsriemen auf der Riemenscheibe durchrutscht oder die hintere Umlenkrolle nicht mit der Bewegung der an der Kurbelwelle montierten Aggregateriemenscheibe übereinstimmt. In diesen Fällen kann es von Vorteil sein, die hintere Umlenkrolle mit einem höheren Federdruck zu versehen; die beiden hergestellten Federn haben einen höheren Federdruck als die Standardfeder:

10% BLAU (Maxiscooter)
7% WEISS (Scooter 50)
15% BLU (Scooter 50)
In jedem Fall weisen wir darauf hin, dass die Federn mit höherem Druck nur dann eingebaut werden dürfen, wenn es wirklich notwendig ist; die beste Leistung wird immer durch die Verwendung der Feder mit dem niedrigsten Druck erzielt, der die Kraftübertragung ermöglicht. Federn mit höherem Druck neigen nämlich dazu, den Riemen zwischen den Riemenscheiben zu umschließen, was den Riemenverschleiß erhöht und die Übertragungseffizienz verringert. Prüfen Sie vor dem Austausch der Feder den Verschleiß des Riemens und die einwandfreie Funktion des Variators.
