Der AS 65 2T ES ist der einzige Mäher seiner Klasse mit einem 2-Takt-Motor. Dieser erfüllt als einziger 2-Takt-Motor weltweit die aktuelle EU-Abgasrichtlinie 97/68/EG.
Alleinstellungsmerkmal ist seine extreme Leistungsfähigkeit an steilen Hängen. Schräglagen bis über 40 Grad und mehr können bewältigt werden. Grund dafür ist die lageunabhängige Motorschmierung. Besonders mit der optionalen Stahlradbestückung ist die Performance am Hang einzigartig.
Für ein einfaches Starten des 2-Takt-Motors sorgt die serienmäßige EasyStart-Funktion. Das digitale CDI-Zündsystem reduziert die für das Starten erforderliche Kraft am Starterseil erheblich.
Mit 3.800 U/min verfügt der Motor über eine maximale Leistung von 6,7 PS.
Durch die Trennung von Motor und Messerwelle durch eine mechanische Messerkupplung ist der Motor bei Kollissionen des Kreuzmessers mit Fremdkörpern geschützt. Der Antrieb erfolgt über ein 5-Gang-Schaltgetriebe mit Rückwärtsgang, das einen Geschwindigkeitsbereich von 1,4 -4,1 km/h abdeckt.
Eine maximale Flächenleistungen bis zu 2.900 m²/h ist möglich. Der AS 65 2T ES mäht Aufwuchs und Gestrüpp bis zu 120 cm Höhe. Die hohe Schnittkraft resultiert aus einer Motor-Messer-Untersetzung von 1:2. Durch das Schneiden und Zerkleinern mit dem AS-Kreuzmessersystem wird auch bei hohem Bewuchs ein gutes Mulchergebnis erzielt.
Einfache, komfortable und sichere Bedienung
Der AS 65 2T ES arbeitet mit nur drei Bedienhebeln: der Erste für die Aktivierung der Parkbremse oder des Fahrantriebs, der Zweite ist für das Entsperren der Differenzialsperre und der Dritte für die Messerkupplung.
Sicheres Arbeiten, vor allem am Hang, wird durch die automatische Parkbremse und die Differenzialsperre ermöglicht. Der Wiesenmäher bleibt automatisch stehen, sobald der Fahrantrieb ausgekuppelt wird und somit die Parkbremse automatisch einrückt.
Eine Besonderheit ist die permanent gesperrte Differenzialsperre, die nur beim Wenden oder Lenken kurz per Untergriffhebel geöffnet wird. Darüber hinaus ist der AS 65 2T mit einem seiten- und höhenverstellbaren Holm ausgestattet. Die stufenlose Schnitthöhenverstellung am Vorderrad ermöglicht eine komfortable Einstellung der Schnitthöhe im Bereich von 50 - 100 mm zu.
Robustes Mähdeck mit Kreuzmessersystem
Der AS 65 verfügt über ein geschlossenes Mähdeck. Der Haupt-Messerbalken schneidet den Bewuchs sauber ab und das darüberliegende Flügelmesser erzeugt einen Luftstrom und mulcht das Schnittgut.
Der Auswurf des Materials erfolgt durch die Hinterräder hindurch.
Die serienmäßige Luftbereifung mit Ackerstollenprofil bietet hohe Antriebskraft und sicheren Seitenhalt.
Optional können Doppelbereifung oder Stahlräder für Arbeiten am Hang montiert werden. Dies erhöht die Traktion und vermeidet ein Kippen der Maschine in Schräglagen.
Vorteile
- Die Messerkupplung entkoppelt Messer und Motor wodurch die Kurbelwelle geschützt wird. Sie können das Gerät im Fahrantrieb ohne Messereinsatz bewegen und der Grasfangkorb kann ohne Motorneustart entleert werden.

- Beim Loslassen des Fahrantriebshebels stoppt die Maschine und die Parkbremse wird automatisch aktiviert
- Das AS-Kreuzmessersystem besteht aus einem Messerbalken und Flügelmesser. Das System schneidet und zerkleinert das Gras zugleich.
- EasyStart-Funktion für besonders leichtes Starten des Motors. Die für den Stat erforderliche Drehzahl wird durch das digitale Zündsystem CDI halbiert.
- Der höhenverstellbare Holm kann werkzeuglos individuell auf Ihre Körpergröße angepasst werden, wodurch ein komfortables und ermüdungsarmes Arbeiten ermöglicht wird.
- Der verbaute AS-Motor erfüllt als weltweit einziger auf Rasenmähern verbauter 2-Takt-Motor die geltende EU-Abgasrichtlinie 97/68/EG.
- Dank des schwenkbaren Vorderrades ist der Wiesenmäher leicht zu führen und gut manövrierbar.
- Das Führungsrad lässt sich für sicheren Geradeauslauf fixieren, wodurch das Mähen an Hängen sicherer wird.
- Leichte Entleerung des Fangkorbs durch Einholmkonstruktion. Ergonomischer V-Lenker, seitlich verstellbar.

Wow when they describe these magnets as “super string” they are not joking! Magnets are so strong you must be careful when placing them on your metal cabinet, lest it pinch your finger when the magnet grabs the metal!
This is an awesome product. The hooks have a hole in their base that fits over a threaded post / bolt coming out of the center of the magnet and the kit comes with two washers, lock washers, and bolts to attach the hooks to the magnets. Takes about one minute per magnet to assemble. Once on the wall they feel like they will hold a lot of weight though I did not try to test the upper limit. No problem at all holding yard tools and the like. The hooks or arms have a nice rubberized coating and extend about 4.5” out from the wall. At $15 each these seemed a little pricy but wow what a great solution for hanging things on metal walls. They work so well I will be buying more of these! I actually have some other similar very strong round magnets made for a similar purpose … but they do not have the “built-in” hooks like these do and it makes a big difference for the usefulness! Got these to store a DeWalt cordless drill and impact driver on the side of a Gladiator garage cabinet -- and they work perfectly for that. The magnet is incredibly strong, easily supporting the bare tools, and seems even to work perfectly well with an 8ah XR battery on the tool -- not that it's necessary since I don't store them like that. I like that the magnet is padded with rubber. Very nice units, I will get more for sure to store other items.

Incredibly strong magnets and thick, robust hooks. Excellent combination!

These magnetic hooks are really strong. Seriously! Each part is made to carry weight and last. The hooks are built out of thick steel stock. They bolt up to large magnets that grab onto steel surfaces and won't let go. The cabinets in my shop are all steel so these worked perfectly on the sides of the lower units. I have a few #12 AWG extension cords that are bulky and heavy. Truthfully, I didn't think these hooks would handle them. They do without any issue. Another application is a 30' long #10/4 AWG SO cable that powers my powder coating oven. It's usually unplugged and wrapped up. It would often end up on the floor where it was constantly in the way. The outside of the oven is all steel but I didn't want to make holes in it for cable hangers. Again, I didn't think that these magnetic hooks could possibly be strong enough to handle the weight of that cable but they do. And once they're attached, it takes a lot of effort to remove them! Amazing performance!!
I'm thrilled with these magnetic hooks. They are super strong and, obviously, simple to use. Importantly, they stay in place as they should. I wholeheartedly recommend these hooks to anyone. Great product!

Great for the storm shelter!

In our storm shelter we had some lights that we tried to hang up, multiple times, with no luck! Then I found these garage hooks. They are overkill for the lights, but I’m so happy that we now have lighting in the storm shelter. I could think of so many other uses for these. They strength of the magnets is awesome!
