Die Spieler führen Transaktionen per Kreditkarte und einem speziellen Kartenlesegerät durch, was das Spiel deutlich beschleunigt und für flüssige Spielabläufe sorgt.

In dieser Edition dreht sich alles um den Kauf und Verkauf von Straßen, das Bauen von Häusern und Hotels sowie das Eintreiben von Mieten, um die Mitspieler finanziell in die Insolvenz zu treiben. Jeder Spieler startet mit einem Guthaben von 15 Millionen Euro auf seiner elektronischen Bankkarte, die während des Spiels für Käufe, Mieten und Hypotheken verwendet wird. Das Spiel endet, sobald nur noch ein Spieler solvent ist oder eine vorher vereinbarte Zeit abgelaufen ist, wobei dann das Vermögen verglichen wird.
