Der Brotaufstrich ist vegan, wird regional per Hand produziert und ist aus eiweißreichen Hülsenfrüchten. Der Geschmack ist köstlich herzhaft und lässt sich super streichen.
Die reichhaltige Braunalge „Saccharina lattissima“ wird umgangssprachlich auch als Zuckertang bezeichnet. Der Zuckertang ist im sublitoralen Lebensraum (ständig untermeerisch) unter anderem an den arktisch-kaltgemäßigten Küsten des Nord-Atlantiks und der Nordsee zuhause.
