Grand Cru Chardonnay aus Puisieulx

Les Petites Vignes ist ein Blanc de Blancs aus Puisieulx Grand Cru in der Montagne de Reims. Innerhalb der Champagner von Aurore Casanova zeigen besonders die Chardonnay-Cuvées die klare stilistische Richtung der Domaine: trocken, präzise und bewusst ohne kosmetische Korrektur.

Der Champagner wird vollständig trocken vergoren und ohne Dosage abgefüllt. Dadurch stehen Herkunft, Struktur und Spannung deutlich stärker im Vordergrund als klassische Fruchtfülle oder Opulenz.

Keine technische Glättung

Mit 13 % vol Alkohol spiegelt Les Petites Vignes die Realität reifer Trauben und wärmerer Jahrgänge wider. Der höhere Alkohol wird nicht technisch reduziert oder durch Süße ausgeglichen, sondern als natürlicher Ausdruck von Reife akzeptiert.

Not so with Paleo Valley. As a company, I found them to be very health conscious and have other supplements available, along with really useful educational tips for a healthier lifestyle. I think it's important to leave good reviews when I find something that's exceptional quality and Paleo Valley fits that bill.

Unsure if I got a bad batch, ill explain why I gave it a 3. First four I had had the consistency of a banana and just tasted extremely off. It was oily, greasy, and the texture was just not something I ever experienced, and ive had venison/beef sticks before. It was pretty disgusting I brought them to work to ensure they didnt go to waste and kept one The one I had was perfect flavor, texture, non greasy and exactly what I had expected. Checked with the coworkers I shared them with and theirs were fine. It leads me to believe maybe it was a bad batch? If they were all like the first few id say 0 stars, if they were all like the last id say 5

The only issue is the packaging. We've been getting these regularly for more than a year, and nearly every time the "Peel Here To Open" end of the stick is actually sealed. It's like the machine is missing the mark, so you have to use scissors and that makes them way less convenient. Seems like a simple fix.
