Alle Bufalo-Messer werden sorgfältigen Kontrollen unterzogen, deren Ergebnis ein professionelles Messer ist, das strenge Anforderungen erfüllt:

Griffe

Die Griffe der Bufalo-Messer sind perfekt ergonomisch, ermöglichen einen sicheren Halt, sind aus thermoplastischem Gummi, ungiftig und säurebeständig und haben eine sehr hohe Bruchlast (ca. 270 kg pro cm2).
Sie können ohne Veränderungen oder Verformungen bis 115°C sterilisiert werden. Das Buffalo Scimitar Knife kann in den unten gezeigten Farben hergestellt werden.

Die Farbgebung der Griffe, für die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung des Messers, entspricht der HACCP-Norm:

  • Schwarzer Griff: Standard
  • Roter Griff: rotes Fleisch, rohes Fleisch
  • Gelber Griff: weißes Fleisch

These even a hold up to having one dog, grab each end and then play tug-of-war with it. These guys can Easily go through A cow huff every day, but these toys are still going strong
