Diese Maschine ist für das halbautomatische Anbringen von Folie mit Klebeband um Trays konzipiert, um Hüllen für Töpfe zu ersetzen. Funktionsweise: Der Tray wird auf die Tray-Positionierplatte gelegt, die mit speziellen Tray-Positioniernocken ausgestattet ist, die je nach Tray-Größe vorher auf der Platte platziert werden. Nachdem der Tray auf der Platte platziert wurde, wird die Folie mit Klebeband aufgebracht und der Zyklus wird mit einem Fußpedal gestartet. Während des Folienwickelns wird das Klebeband auf die Folie aufgebracht und die Folie mit dem Tape am Tray befestigt. Der Tray dreht sich um das elektrisch angetriebene Tray-Plateau. Start- und Stopppositionen des Trays sind einstellbar. Nach dem Wickeln wird die Folie mit Hilfe des Fußpedals auf die richtige Größe geschnitten. Nach Abschluss des Zyklus wird die Folie automatisch ausgeführt und ein neuer Tray kann einfach gestartet werden.

• Elektrische Schaltung für Tray-Signalisierung.
• Wickelgeschwindigkeit ist über eine Frequenzsteuerung einstellbar.
• Start- und Stopppositionen sind einstellbar.
• Einfache Umbausätze sind für den Tray-Größenwechsel erhältlich.
• Einfache Bedienung mit Schaltung am Schaltschrank und einem mitgelieferten Fußpedal zum Starten des Zyklus.
• Die Installation entspricht der CE-Norm (Maschinenrichtlinie).
