Ziel ist es, Hotels zu errichten und von den Übernachtungen der Mitspieler zu profitieren, indem man Mieten verlangt. Das Spiel verläuft auf einem runden Spielfeld, auf dem die Spieler mit einem Würfel ihre Spielfigur bewegen. Zusätzlich wird ein spezieller Bau-Würfel genutzt, der bestimmt, ob ein Hotel gebaut werden darf.

In jeder Runde können Spieler Grundstücke kaufen, Baugenehmigungen erhalten und Hotels in aufsteigender Reihenfolge erweitern. Übernachtungen werden per Würfel ermittelt, was den Mietpreis beeinflusst. Das Spiel fördert strategisches Denken, Ressourcenkontrolle und die Interaktion zwischen den Spielern, wobei auch ein gewisser Glücksfaktor durch das Würfeln besteht.
