Das COWCOW Power Up Aluminum Nozzle Set ist für Hi-Capa-Schützen konzipiert, die keine Kompromisse bei der Haltbarkeit und Konstanz ihrer GBB eingehen. Gefertigt aus hochfestem 7075-T6 Aluminium, eliminiert dieses Nozzle die typischen Bruchstellen herkömmlicher Kunststoff-Nozzles. Das markante Rainbow-Finish sorgt nicht nur für eine spektakuläre Optik im Auswurffenster, sondern bietet durch die Titanium-Beschichtung eine extrem glatte und verschleißfeste Oberfläche.
1. Power Up Design: Maximale Gas-Effizienz
- Optimierter Gasfluss: Die interne Geometrie des "Power Up" Nozzles ist auf einen maximalen und wirbelfreien Gasdurchlass optimiert. Dies sorgt für einen kräftigeren Repetiervorgang (Blowback) und stabilere FPS-Werte.
- 7075-T6 Aluminium: Dieses Material aus der Luftfahrt ist extrem leicht und dennoch massiv belastbar. Es hält selbst dem hohen Druck von CO2 oder extremen HPA-Setups dauerhaft stand, ohne sich zu verformen.
- CNC-Präzision: Die computergesteuerte Fertigung garantiert minimale Toleranzen, was die Abdichtung zum Hop-Up Bucking signifikant verbessert.
2. High-Speed Performance & Zuverlässigkeit
- Non-Flex Material: Da Aluminium im Gegensatz zu Kunststoff nicht nachgibt, bleibt das Timing der Zufuhr und die Abdichtung bei jedem Schuss absolut identisch.
- Rainbow-Titanium-Coating: Die Beschichtung reduziert die Reibung innerhalb der Blowback-Unit (BBU), was zu einer höheren Zyklusrate und einem geschmeidigeren Repetiervorgang führt.

Did not fit e90 2006 330i, n52 engine
For what it's worth, the quality of the hose seemed good, so that's why I gave 3 stars, but:
It did not fit my e90 2006 330i, n52 engine. Took the car to the shop to replace broken OEM hose. I provided the hose. It did not fit, so I ended up paying the shop for a hose, and probably extra time because it sat on the lift waiting for the one they ordered.

Didn’t fit but I made it fit.
The part appears decently made in China. The end that terminates below the oil filter would not mount (too tight). I gently sanded the o-ring groove, lubricated and I put the part in freezer. After two hours of sanding the groove I got the part seated. Good thing I was patient today. Pain in the butt.
