Stiefel Kieselgur kann sich durch die Kombination aus Kieselerde, essentiellem Vitamin B Komplex, schwefelhaltiger Aminosäure und Zink bei fütterungsbedingten Mangelerscheinungen positiv auf Haut und Fell auswirken und eignet sich durch seine Zusammensetzung auch optimal für den Fellwechsel.
Im Fellwechsel wird der Organismus des Pferdes hohen Belastungen ausgesetzt, sodass eine Zufütterung von Stiefel Kieselgur unterstützen kann.
Die enthaltene Kieselerde besteht aus natürlicher Kieselsäure, was eine Verbindung des Spurenelements Silizium mit Wasser beinhaltet. Silizium ist ein wichtiger Gewebebaustein und außerdem am Hautstoffwechsel sowie Zellwachstum beteiligt.
Stiefel Kieselgur ist zusätzlich mit Zink und Vitamin B-Komplex angereichert und kann entsprechenden fütterungsbedingten Mangelerscheinungen entgegenwirken.
Zink zählt zu den essentiellen Spurenelementen für den Stoffwechsel. Es ist Bestandteil von vielen Enzymen und erfüllt viele verschiedene Funktionen. So nimmt Zink beispielsweise eine wichtige Rolle im Zucker-, Fett- und Eiweißstoffwechsel ein und ist darüber hinaus auch am Zellwachstum beteiligt. Sowohl das Immunsystem als auch viele Hormone benötigen Zink für ihre Funktion. Eine bedeutende Rolle spielt es ebenfalls bei der Wundheilung. Das Spurenelement Zink kann nicht im Körper gespeichert werden, weswegen es regelmäßig über die Nahrung zugeführt werden muss. Insbesondere im Wachstum und im Fellwechsel herrscht ein erhöhter Zinkbedarf im Körper vor.
Die enthaltenen B-Vitamine sind bekannt als Regulatoren für den Stoffwechsel und sind wichtig für die Haut und deren Aufbau und Abwehrfunktion.

Dry Mouth Relief
Having been using these for quite awhile now for a severe dry mouth. They really help to make the mouth create saliva, thus protecting the teeth from erosion, etc. They are discs with a dark side which is placed above the teeth on the gum. It will stick there in a minute or two and remains in place until it melts and disappears. I use two at night and have never had a problem with them coming loose, this creating a choking hazard. They remain i place and melt. Sometimes I wake at night and my mouth is dry, so put a couple more in and I'm good to go until morning. I would recommend these to anyone with a dry mouth. There is no bad taste. They are somewhat expensive when using long term, but worth it to me. Have not found them locally, although Walmart has them online...same price or a little more than Amazon. Will continue to buy from these sellers.

If you have dry mouth, these are a fantastic option!!
I am a pharmacist, so I have come across and used a lot of different products to try to treat the chronic dry mouth problem that I have. This is by far the BEST product I have come across. They are a bit expensive, but I consider them worth the cost.
You place the disc in your mouth, on your gum, and it adheres to the gum. The product lasts for a good hour for me. I use them when I go to sleep, to help avoid dry mouth and drainage down my throat when going to sleep. I use 2 when I go to bed, and sometimes have to wake up in the middle of the night to use 2 more. But I love them!!
A similar product is OraMoist, but that product turns to a gel-like goo that I found very distasteful. Biotene is highly advertised, but absolutely useless for my problem. It made my throat scratchy and made me cough. Use this product instead!!

Always keep them at hand
After radiation I was left with compromised saliva production and these Xylimelts really help. I use one any time I feel my mouth becoming dry, when I’m going to do any sort of physical activity, when the weather is hot, after eating astringent foods or drinks - because the taste is very mild you can even keep one in your mouth while eating or drinking. They agreed really, really well out of sight on my gum line. I always put one in at night before sleep as I’m pretty sure they cut down on the dry throat that can lead to snoring. I have a pack in each purse, glove compartment, gym bag and pre-load several packs in my luggage so they’re always available. One of those little things that makes life easier and more pleasant. I’m overjoyed I survived cancer, but there have been changes after the fact. Xylimelts make at least one a whole lot easier to bear

Bowlby brilliantly exposes his new methodology
Format: Paperback
This book is a classic in attachment. It points to the beggining of the cientification of psychoanalysis. Bowlby brilliantly exposes his new methodology, influenced by ethology, but keeps Freud's ideas as his theoretical frame. Besides, it brings a foreword by Allan Schore, who went farther than Bowlby, thanks to the development of contemporary neuroscience. I strongly recommend it for those interested in mother-baby early communication.
