Diese quadratisch, niedrigen AluChef Kasserollen werden aus Aluminiumguss gefertigt und sind im Innenbereich mit einer äußerst haltbaren, PFOA-freien Antihaftbeschichtung versehen. Bei der Außenbeschichtung jeder Kasserolle handelt es sich um eine in Silizium eingebettete Hochtemperatur-Emailbeschichtung. Die gesamte AluChef-Serie ist mit Induktionsgeräten kompatibel.

Diese Serie ist mit Deckeln aus gehärtetem Glas mit Dampfaustritt und Kanten aus Edelstahl ausgestattet, die eine noch effizientere Nutzung ermöglichen, da Sie so den Kochvorgang überwachen und darüber hinaus Speisen in Buffetsystemen schützen können.
