This wine has layers of appealing flavours, with grapefruit passionfruit and feijoa, with lifted notes of sweat pea and basil flower.  This is complemented by mineral notes of oyster shell and wet stone. The palate is refreshing, with lovely fruit weight giving an appealingly full palate.  This wine has a mineral richness that leads through to a pleasant and lingering finish that leaves you wanting more.

This wine has the full spectrum of classic Sauvignon Blanc, with lifted aromas of ripe citrus, blackcurrant and passionfruit,  with gently scented white florals and hints of nettles.  The palate has an elegant acidity, with mouthfilling palate weight and a delicate minerality that leads to a long finish.

This wine has layers of powerful flavours, with lifted blackcurrant, gooseberry and grapefruit pith complemented with hints of kaffir lime and boxwood. The palate has a vibrant and elegant acidity, with a full and rich palate from concentrated fruit weight and an appealing salty minerality that leads through to a long finish.

The grapes for this wine were sourced from a single block in the Dillons Point subregion, in Lower Wairau Valley of Marlborough, from a single estate owned by the Holdaway Family.
