This 11” manual cold saw has features to take all that you can throw at it and come back for more. With a maximum capacity of 2-3/4” round at 90 degrees, this saw is the perfect choice for jobs like marine rails, playground equipment, hand railing, and various chassis applications. The CS-275M has the ability to miter from 45 degrees to the right, to 90 degrees on the left, perfect for slotting applications.
The CS-275M has a 3hp motor that is run by 220volt, three phase power. It has two speeds, 60 and 120 rpm. Speed selection is especially important when cutting multiple types of material. A good rule of thumb is: lower speeds for mild steel and higher speeds for materials like aluminum. The direct drive head features all metal gears that are ground and hardened for long life. And to ensure tight tolerances are kept throughout the life of the saw, the CS-275M has a backlash adjustment.
The vise on the CS-275M cold saw is self-centering and is unique because it keeps the material perfectly centered with the blade for absolutely perfect cuts. The CS-275M is almost always in stock for quick deliveries, give a Baileigh Industrial representative a call for more information.
