The DSX Tuning Aux Pump Kit is the original and budget friendly alternative to big fuel supply with a simple installation. There's no need to get inside of the factory fuel tank, as this system taps into the tank and uses an external pump that ties back into the factory feed line. With the help of the factory fuel pressure control module, the ECM always knows what your fuel pressure is even when the aux pump kicks on to give a huge boost in pressure and flow.
The heart of the system is a DSX Tuning proprietary PnP controller that plugs into the MAP sensor. There's no need to tap vacuum lines or install a Hobbs switch as the DSX Tuning controller utilizes the electrical signal from the MAP to trigger the pump. The controller is incorporated into an easy to install harness with minimal connections to ensure the end user doesn't have to do any wiring. The pump is activated at 8psi (157kPa) and shuts off when falling below 6psi (144kPa).
The system features smooth bore PTFE coated crimped fuel lines to ensure leak free operation and corrosion resistance against ethanol for the life of the vehicle as well as inhibit any fuel odor from permeating through the lines. These lines are pressure tested by the manufacturer to verify against defects, so you can be sure that what you receive is the highest quality and rated for any fuel you will run through it. These lines are 8AN in size but use 6AN connections to allow full flow even through the fitting itself (typical 6AN lines and ends are significantly smaller internally when inserted in the hose). Don't be fooled by lower quality push lock, screw together, or plain braided hoses! DSX Tuning is committed to providing purpose built products and not repurposed pieces or a collection of off the shelf components bundled together. The filter is a custom made 74 micron filter exclusively for use with these pumps, and the one piece billet tee fitting is a true push connect piece made exclusively for this application. There are no backing nuts to fumble with tightening, and there are no plastic clips to melt or fail.
The pump is mounted under the vehicle, and all mounting hardware is supplied so the user has a 100% complete kit to perform the installation. These systems now feature an original DSX designed and manufactured push connect tee to simplify the installation and reduce potential leak points. Drilling the fuel tank is required for installation, and an available drill and tap is available for an extra charge. Don't settle for imitations!
Installation time is roughly two hours and can be done on jack stands. It is recommended to have a low level of fuel in the tank before installation.
DSX manufactured components are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. The pumps themselves are covered for 90 days from receipt of the shipment.

Must have for Apple Remote!!

I regret not buying this sooner! As most of you know, the Apple TV remote is a slippery little thing, and this case is perfect! Color is bright so you can find your remote, it has a nerve grip so it’s no longer slippery, and the silicon protects it from drops. It doesn’t hinder the buttons and goes on and off super easily. Great investment for the remote.

How did I watch TV without one?

We stayed at an AirBnB recently and the TV was set up to use the tiny, thin AppleTV remote. We have the same remote and I constantly lose it or drop it or brush the touchpad when I don’t mean to. When I saw that they had wrapped their remote in this thin silicone “case”, I went on Amazon and bought one immediately. It arrived right after we got home and took all of 10 seconds to put on the remote. It fits snuggly, but not so much that you have to worry about damaging the remote putting the case on or taking it off. It doesn’t cover any of the buttons or the plug and gives the remote a bit more heft. The ribbing and “stickiness” of the silicone makes it easier to pick up with my big fingers. Now the remote is easier to use (partly because it’s easier to pick up and to hold). It’s also harder to lose, because it makes the remote feel a bit larger, and (ours at least) is in a cool, translucent, day-glo green, that glows in the dark (sort of). Win-win-win...

What I should have bought long ago
Color: Black
Finally! The remote isn’t constantly slipping out of people’s hands or falling inside the couch. I should have thought to buy this years ago. Comfortable- yes. Grippy - yes. Doesn’t get lost anymore. It’s durable/well made. It was the color I expected and looked better than I expected. Great product and price!

Would be 5 stars if it glowed brighter

SHORT VERSION
Yes buy this! Just don’t expect it to glow very bright.
COLOR
I thought about getting the Black, Navy, or Mint Green, but instead I got the ZBlue bc of the glow-in-the-dark feature.
I like it, but it doesn’t glow that bright when exposed to a light bulb. You can see the pic I posted that’s almost black, that’s after holding it next to a bright light for a few minutes. But when I exposed it to the sunshine through a window for a few minutes, it glowed MUCH brighter (see the other glow pic). But, how are you going to expose it to the sun when its dark outside?
When my wife first saw the color, she said “that’s stupid” haha. But I think it’s growing on her. For these photos, I put it on a white background, with DeWalt Yellow and Kobalt Blue next to it so you can see it’s true color.
I wouldn’t buy this for its glowing feature, just buy the color you like. Even at night, there’s usually too much ambient light in the room, from the TV or lamps, for this faint glow to be seen.
FIT & FEEL
It feels like super soft silicone rubber, I like it. Feels very high quality. The remote slid in really easy, and I thought it might be too big, and the remote would fall out, but it hasn’t. The texture feels great, and the thicker pads on top and bottom help you hold onto the remote. It doesn’t slide between the couch cushions anymore, and that’s really why I bought it! An added bonus is that now I can immediately see which side is the top of the remote! Before, I sometimes hit the wrong button bc I wouldn’t realize I was holding the remote upside down. Overall, I’m definitely glad I bought this.
