The new 6mm unidirectional mic with Cardioid pattern makes sure your team can always hear you loud and clear but doesn’t hear your keyboard and the rest. Plus noise reduction technology through JBL QuantumENGINE. And the mic is also detachable for extra convenience.

The headset’s specially ultra-light mesh hammock under its soft headband comfortably distributes the headset’s weight, so it’ll stay comfortable all game long. And our fabric ear cushions are designed for total comfort during extended use.

JBL is committed to making more sustainable products. So the JBL Quantum 250 headset is packaged in FSC-certified paper packaging printed with soy ink. The plastic we use is partly recycled, and the headset’s ear cushion, microphone, hammock, and cable can be replaced by the user, which reduces waste.

We deliver within Singapore only and all orders are shipped within 3-5 working days. If you have placed the order over the weekend, the package may not ship until the following Tuesday of the coming week.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?

Please send the item back to us to the address provided on the packing slip or return form, and circle the item that you are returning/exchanging. Let us know if you would prefer a refund or exchange. Upon inspection of the item, we will follow your instructions for either a return or exchange. Please allow 3-10 business days to process the order. Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
