"Deep, ruby-red with a black hue with little transparency, lighter on edge. The nose is vibrant and full, rich aromas of prunes and cherries melded with spices and liquorice, underlined alcohol power. Medium-full bodied, succulent aromas of prunes and cherries have concentration and freshness, subtle spices linger on the finish. The palate is filled with ripe tannin grip with black tea fragrance, added texture, and lively acidity to a sleek dry finish. Match with venison and lamb over the next 3+ years. This Montepulciano has a brilliant, attractive and warm ruby-red colour. The bouquet is ample and remarkably complex, with vinous and characteristic tones. Dry on the palate and gracious, with delicate and soft veining, and a fine and harmonious balance.

Food Pairing: The wine can be consumed throughout a meal and makes a particularly fine accompaniment for all red meat and game dishes

2 x Sensi Collezione Chianti DOCG 2019 (Italy)

Ruby red color, it has a good body and a persistent aroma with hints of cherry and spice. In the mouth reveals itself as soft, fresh and pleasantly balanced.

Produced in the heart of Tuscany coming mainly from the hilly area between Florence and Vinci. Hilly terrains with altitudes of 700 meters above sea level, mainly made up of sandstone, limestone-marl substrata, clay shale and sand with the presence of galestro pebbles (called Scheletro in technical terms).

Food Pairing: Chianti is a versatile wine, suitable for every occasion. Chianti Wines go well with first courses with meat sauces, boiled meat and stews. Ideal if matched with Tuscan salami like “finocchiona” and “lardo di colonnata”and with cheeses like Tuscan “pecorino”.
