Santuko in Magna Cut w/ Corian & BocoteThis Culinary Kitchen Santuko knife is crafted from CPM Magna Cut Stainless steel with a 8 1 4 inch blade, 2 inches wide at the heel and 3 32 inches thick at the bolster. It has a traditional tsuchime finish (textured finished) for food release. The handle is constructed with a white Corian bolster, red G10 spacer and Bocote Wa style handle (Octagon Shaped). Blade length is 8 1 4 inches, 13 inches overall. Stock Removal. It comes with a nylon zipper

About the Maker: Greg Campbell owns and operates Cur Custom Blades in Richmond, Virginia. He has been making knives for 9 years and specializes in bushcraft, hunting, EDC and culinary knives in the Japanese style. Greg also teaches knifemaking classes out of Hardway Workshop, a community shop in Richmond, Virginia that he was instrumental in starting. When he's not in the shop, you'll find him managing a genetics lab at Virgina Commonwealth University or at home with his wife of 30 years and three daugthers.
