Ingredients:
Sweet Almond Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Essential oils of Lavender, Frankincense and Mandarin.
How to use:
Pour a little oil (pea size) into your hands and rub them together. Massage your baby for 5 - 10 minutes with slow, light rhythmic movements, avoiding the face, fontanelle and genital areas. You can increase the benefit by massaging after a bath (use a few drops of BabyNature Sleepy Baby Bath Oil in the bath).
