The other bag has raw 16-20 Black Tiger Shrimp that are peeled and deveined, making them perfect for a shrimp cocktail or in your favorite pasta dish. Shrimp are known for their versatility in the kitchen, so get your creative juices flowing and try them steamed, boiled, sautéed, grilled or fried.

Thawing Instructions

Black Tiger Shrimp:

For best results thaw shrimp by placing in a colander and cover. Place colander on a plate and refrigerate to 8-10 hours. Rinse shrimp with cold water.

Black Tiger Shrimp:

Season shrimp to taste. Heat a sauté pan to medium-high heat. Lightly coat the bottom of pan with olive oil or butter. Cook shrimp for 3-4 minutes per side, or until the shrimp is pink and opaque and has an internal temperature of 145°F.
