Description

Aquatec Ocean Ergo Self-Propel Shower Commode ChairThe Aquatec Ocean SP is the self propelled version of the Aquatec Ocean Ergo line built for users who have enough upper body strength to move independently and don't want to wait for a caregiver to position them for showering or toileting. The 24" rear wheels with hand rims let the user propel and steer the chair themselves, the same way a manual wheelchair works. Flip up armrests and generous space in front of the rear wheels make side transfers

The Aquatec Ocean SP is the self-propelled version of the Aquatec Ocean Ergo line — built for users who have enough upper body strength to move independently and don't want to wait for a caregiver to position them for showering or toileting. The 24" rear wheels with hand rims let the user propel and steer the chair themselves, the same way a manual wheelchair works. Flip-up armrests and generous space in front of the rear wheels make side transfers straightforward without requiring caregiver assistance for the transfer itself.

The seat is ergonomically contoured and pre-tilted at a gentle 5° angle — designed to encourage a more natural, upright sitting position during both showering and toileting rather than the passive slumped posture that flat shower seats often produce. Seat height, footrest height, and footplate angle all adjust without tools. The frame is rust-proof stainless steel and high-quality plastic throughout — built for daily wet-environment use. Machine-washable upholstery. Collection pan with lid and pan support guide rail included.

Supports up to 330 lbs. Fits over most standard toilets for independent toileting without transferring out of the chair. The narrow overall width of 22" navigates standard residential doorways without difficulty.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who is the Ocean SP actually designed for?
Users with sufficient upper body strength and coordination to propel and steer a manual wheelchair independently. If the person using the chair can self-propel a standard wheelchair for daily mobility, the Ocean SP will work for independent shower and toilet use. If upper body strength is limited or inconsistent, the attendant-propelled Ocean Ergo is the better fit — call us and we'll help you decide.

What does the 5° seat tilt actually do?
The pre-tilted seat angle shifts the pelvis slightly forward and encourages a more upright trunk position. In practical terms this reduces the tendency to slump backward during showering, which matters both for comfort during longer sessions and for hygiene access. It also produces a more natural toileting position compared to a flat seat at the same height.

Can it roll over a standard toilet for independent toileting?
Yes — the narrow 22" overall width and tight wheelbase are specifically designed to fit over standard residential toilets. The seat height adjusts from 19" to 24", covering both standard and comfort-height toilets. The collection pan removes and the chair positions directly over the toilet bowl.

How do side transfers work with this chair?
The armrests flip fully up on either side, and the 24" rear wheel positioning leaves enough space in front of the wheels for a lateral transfer from a bed or wheelchair. The relatively flat seat surface also simplifies transfers compared to more contoured or reclined designs.

Does it disassemble for transport?
The rear wheels are quick-release for easier transport and storage. The chair disassembles without tools. It's not a compact travel chair like the Seatara BathMobile — it's heavier and larger — but it's manageable for car transport between locations.

Is an XL or bariatric version available?
The Ocean Ergo XL supports up to 400 lbs with a wider seat and frame. If the standard 330 lb capacity is insufficient, call us to discuss the XL configuration.

Really nice and affordable vacuum!
Color: White, Size: D20Plus, Color: White, Size: D20Plus
I’ve been looking to upgrade my vacuum robot for a while. I came across this vacuum, it is affordable and comes with the features that I’m looking for. The strong suction, hair detangle brush (critical if you have long hair) and easy mapping. It honestly made daily cleaning so much easier. The suction power is seriously impressive. It picks up dust and crumbs and I love how it auto emptied the dust bin. Also I have hard floor at home and I’m loving the mopping function. I love how I don’t have to vacuum and mop the floor by myself anymore! Would recommend this robot to people that are looking for an affordable option!

Decent vacuum/mop for the price
Color: Black, Size: D20Plus, Color: Black, Size: D20Plus
We have had this vacuum for a couple of months now and can now give it an honest review. The good: cleans well, good suction power, durable, manages changes in floor height fairly well, attractive (for a robot vacuum), programmable, great mapping The bad: noisy, muffled voices, cumbersome to program initially, app is not the most user-friendly, does not like rugs with a higher nap. Some tips: 1) If you have pets, be cautious of the cleaning solution. Make sure it's pet safe. 2) For pets and children- Remember to pick up any toys before the cleaning cycle begins. The vacuum will try to eat smaller, flat or string toys, and you will end up with a wrapped brush notification. 3) When mapping for the first time, remember to close doors to any rooms or exterior areas you do not want vacuumed or mopped.

Excellent for vacuuming with a great app
Color: White, Size: D20Plus
This thing is just awesome. I gave her name and some googly eyes, and now she is my official cleaning lady. Does a great job with dog hair which was the main reason for the purpose. I was vacuuming all the time. I have hard floors and 3 dogs one of which is a golden retriever that sheds like crazy. The D20 does really great getting up the pet hair along with other stuff in the floor. I have a couple area rugs as well as thick mats in front of the front and back doors, and she does great on both. I definitely make sure to get up any cables or little things like door stops as she will get caught up from time to time. The app works great and does a good job of sending alerts when there is an issue. It lets you know if it’s hung up on something, stick on an edge and if the cleaners are tangled up underneath along with other things. It’s really easy to flip over and take off the brushes to clean them out and untangle them, and easy to put it all back together. You can also schedule her to clean any time of day / night and customize how it cleans certain areas. I prefer to let her run late at night while me and the dogs are sleeping, and she gets the house done in about 90 minutes and covers a lot of ground. She’s also surprisingly quiet for as much as she is picking up. If I’m already awake, I can hear her start to roll around upstairs. But I’ve never been woken up by her, nor have my dogs. I have never used the mop feature as I bought it only for the vacuuming. From what I’ve read it seems there are better options for mopping. But as far as vacuuming goes I am super happy with her! I was vacuuming 3-4 times a week and would usually mop every other week, if ai could get away with it. Now I vacuum and mop once every two weeks, and Dreame does a wonderful job keeping the place clean in between my bi-weekly cleanings. The D20 was a great purchase and a major time and energy saver for me!

Useless
Color: White, Size: D20Plus
Well so far unable to actually use it to see how it works. I have to split my wifi every time I want to use it. It won't charge even when it's on the dock. When I push "charge" on the app it comes off the dock instead of recognizing that it's already on it and proceeds to roam around the house looking for the docking station that it just left. If it can't even find the docking station while sitting on it how can it properly clean the house? I just bought this after returning a defective AirZeen model. Looks like Shark may be the only way to go. Starting yet another return. These are useless

Great Cleaning Power and Super Convenient
Color: White, Size: D20Plus, Color: White, Size: D20Plus
The DREAME D20 Plus Robot Vacuum and Mop works really well in my apartment. The suction is very strong and easily picks up dust and pet hair from both carpets and hard floors. I also like the self-emptying feature with the large dust bag, which saves me a lot of time. The mapping is accurate, and the battery lasts long enough to clean the whole place. Overall, it’s a great robot vacuum for the price.
