Polyride Fe Ultra contains the highest amount of elemental iron in one capsule, containing additional vitamin C for better iron absorption, and vitamin B12 for vegans and vegetarians.
Polyride Fe Ultra  has a one capsule daily format, compared to other iron formats  which require 2-3 capsules daily. It is for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency and iron deficiency anaemia, and is well tolerated, with little to no gastrointestinal side effects.

Dosage: Recommended dose (Adults): Take one (1) capsule once daily,

Medicinal ingredients: Polysaccharide Iron Complex / 350 mg (Equivalent to 150 mg Elemental Iron), Vitamin B12 / 1000 mcg, Vitamin C / 125 mg
Non-medicinal ingredients: Cellulose microcrystalline, hypromellose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, talc.
Caution: Store out of the reach of children. There is enough drug in the package to seriously harm a child if ingested.
Some people may experience constipation, diarrhea, and/or vomiting. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider if you experience symptoms of iron toxicity such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, hematemesis (vomiting of blood), and diarrhea. Do not use if foil under cap is broken or missing.
