At the race circuit, high level of friction can be achieved along with high stability for an extended amount of time with the heat treatment. _x000D_ The 6 slots brake disc is adopted as standard in the HS type by considering various factors, such as pad wear,squeal and the removal effect of gas at the fading Compatible Vehicles:. | Remarks | The heat treatment does not directly improve brake performance. The heat treatment increases the disc resistance against strains and thermal cracking. It also helps maintain stable brake performance for a extended period of time. _x000D_ The surface of the heat treated brake discs has a burnt colour. Once it is used, the burnt surface will be removed by the pad, and changes back to the colour of normal cast iron. Please be aware that the effect of the heat treatment of the disc will not disappear even if the surface colour changes. _x000D_ 12 slots version (HST type) is available as a special order. the surcharge of 12 slots is JPY6,000 (w / o tax). _x000D_ our processing of the rotor, the above package we have shipped in. Ease of handling
Initially when I filed the claim online, I was erroneously informed to contact the manufacturer because I was still under their warranty. I learned that I was not. It’s for this reason they got 4 stars instead of 5.
I had to call and explain to Assurion. Once I did that they honored the extended warranty with no complications. I just had to return the defective device to them, they provided all prepaid UPS slip and I took it to UPS. They sent an Amazon gift card (via email) less than 48 hours after my UPS drop off. I enjoyed the ease of everything. Just make sure you call instead of handling the claim online. A person is always better.

Great protection plan service
My vacuum stopped holding a full charge after a little over a year, so I submitted a claim to Asurion. They immediately emailed me back with a gift card to cover the cost of replacing the vacuum.
