This knife is double-beveled with a warikomi (clad) construction. The edge profile had been maintained to an almost straight line, and it has been finished that way. It looks lightweight and easy to maneuver.

It features engravings “登録” (Registered) and “一刃” (Ittou).

A straighter edge line can feel very predictable on the board—great for neat trimming and clean push cuts on small ingredients.
