Suggested Use: To make a delicious and satisfying smoothie, blend, shake or briskly stir 2 scoops into 12 - 16 oz. of water once daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Drink additional 12-16 oz of water following the meal replacement smoothie.

Serving Option: You can also customize your drink mix by with purified water and 1 cup of fresh or frozen organic berries or other fruit.
