• Step 1: Start with 8 ounces of filtered water fresh off the boil.
• Step 2: Add 2½ tablespoons of ground coffee from Bulletproof and brew.
• Step 3: Add 1-2 tablespoons of grass-fed unsalted butter or Bulletproof Ghee and 1 serving of Brain Octane® oil. (We suggest starting with just 1 teaspoon of Brain Octane® oil and gradually increasing the amount to 1-2 tablespoons.)
