The metal is solid, the black powder coating looks great, and the installation hardware is a;l there including a drill bit, hex key, and wrench. You just need to bring a screw driver for the wood screws to attach it to your desk. Read the instructions and make sure you take the depth of your PC into account when attaching the PC holder to your desk, especially if you have a standing desk with motors.
