Grizzly Ridge Signature™ Bison Tenderloin Filets are 100% certified bison, conveniently packaged and frozen. These premium Bison filets are sourced exclusively from our Grizzly Ridge ranch in Montana and are hand-trimmed in small batches with our Chilled Exclusively by Air™ process to ensure premium flavor and tenderness.

The bison steaks you've purchased come directly from the Grizzly Ridge Ranch in Babb, Montana. Grizzly Ridge Ranch provides the bison with plenty of space to roam. They are free to graze or enjoy the all-natural feed. They are never-ever fed animal by-products.

Recipe: Roasted Bison Filet Mignon
Ingredients:
Grizzly Ridge Premium Bison Tenderloin Filets
3 tbsp vegetable oil
Granulated garlic
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 450°F.
In a 12-inch heavy skillet (preferably cast-iron), heat 1.5 tbsp oil over moderately high heat until hot, but not smoking.
Sear half of steaks until browned, about 2 minutes on each side.
Transfer to a shallow baking pan.
Sear remaining steaks in remaining 1.5 tbsp oil in the same manner.
When steaks are just cool enough to handle, sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Roast steaks in middle of oven for approximately 8 minutes for medium-rare.
