Deskripsi:
Fragments of Becoming merepresentasikan fase kehidupan ketika manusia tidak lagi terpaku pada kegagalan di masa lalu, tetapi mulai menyadari bahwa hidup adalah proses yang terus berjalan.

Bidang-bidang warna yang terpisah namun saling terhubung menggambarkan potongan pengalaman, emosi, dan ingatan yang secara perlahan membentuk identitas diri. Warna-warna cerah seperti biru, hijau, kuning, dan jingga menjadi simbol energi kehidupan, harapan, serta dinamika batin yang terus bergerak. Sementara itu, warna gelap menghadirkan keseimbangan melalui kesan kedalaman, refleksi, dan jejak perjalanan yang telah dilalui.

Garis emas yang mengalir dan berkelok tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai elemen visual, tetapi juga menjadi metafora jalur tak kasatmata yang menghubungkan satu fase kehidupan dengan fase lainnya. Garis ini menegaskan bahwa setiap fragmen pengalaman, sekecil apa pun, memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk keutuhan diri.

Karya ini berbicara tentang proses pertumbuhan yang tidak selalu utuh atau rapi, namun terus bergerak menuju perkembangan yang lebih baik.

 

TENTANG SENIMAN:

Mardina Rahayu adalah seniman asal Blora, Jawa Tengah, yang mulai aktif berpameran sejak tahun 2014. Ia lahir pada 15 Februari 1996 dan menempuh pendidikan S1 di Program Studi Pendidikan Seni Rupa, Universitas Negeri Semarang. Setelah menyelesaikan studi sarjananya, ia melanjutkan pendidikan S2 di program Pendidikan Seni (konsentrasi Seni Rupa) di universitas yang sama.
