A charming pair of Victorian Staffordshire-style spaniel figures with hand-painted iron-red decoration and expressive faces. These traditional English pottery dogs were popular decorative pieces throughout the 19th century and remain highly collectible today.

Rich in character and displaying beautiful age-related patina, they make a wonderful addition to a mantel, bookshelf, or antique collection.

Condition

Antique condition with age-related crazing, staining, firing imperfections, and wear consistent with age. One figure shows an old crack visible on the underside. Both display beautifully.
