This means maximum heat and searing capabilities without worrying about just how cold it could be outside of the grill.
Not only that, but Broil King have also thrown in professional cast stainless steel cooking grids in their Imperial series. The stainless steel equates to long lasting grills whereas the cast means they are reversible. Use one side for perfect sear marks and the other side for anything juicy as it will retain the juices and intensify flavour.
On top of all that, you’ll be equipped with a 10,000 BTUs cast brass side burner and a 15,000 BTUs rear rotisserie burner. Broil King have truly whipped up the perfect grill for your backyard. Now you may want to get yourself a towel to wipe all that drool off your face.
