Of the eight islands that make up Hawaii, each one has its own personality, so to speak. There is Kauai, the Garden Isle, with a lush landscape and dramatic green vistas. There is Oahu, famous for surf towns and Honolulu. There is Molokai, which has been able to preserve much of the untapped beauty of the island state.

But we have remained drawn to perhaps the most popular of the islands: Maui. With its famous beaches, volcanic Haleakala, national parks, and impossibly gorgeous coastlines, Maui has captured the imagination of our design team to bring our latest pen to life.

Introducing Maui. The latest Estie in our collection. Taking inspiration from the varied geological attributes of Hawai’i’s famous island, this pen is composed of a stacked acrylic blend in vibrant shades of blue, green, and red. The first of its kind for Esterbrook, we could think of no better pen – or place – to represent the enigmatic charm of the island.

The Maui Estie will be a Limited Edition line from Esterbrook. This Estie is fitted with gold trim and will come in standard #6 Jowo sizes (EF to Stub), as well as our specialty nibs. It is also available in rollerball and ballpoint.
