The 1/4” or 1/2” box joints are cut from opposite sides of the template so there’s no confusion with the guide bearing path that could otherwise ruin your piece. The Segmented Box Joint Template set includes eight segments, each with a centering hole and two screws to keep the array perfectly aligned.
Features:
- Box joints can be setup in minutes and cut with either fixed or variable spacing
- A box can be glued-up on all six sides the lid cut off on the tablesaw
- If the place the lid was to be cut was spaced by 2-times the saw kerf, the box joints of the finished box will be perfectly spaced. This can only be done using variably-spaced templates!

i love my new work bag
the fabric was water resistant and none of my belongings got wet under light rain. it fit my laptop, chargers, notebooks, two toiletry bags, plus a puffer vest and a wool tucker jacket. it got me through international customs and TSA quickly. when asked to search my bag for liquids prior to boarding an international flight from south america to the US, the agent complimented my bag, and i made record time through the line and to my seat on the plane. the zippers work great and have yet to fail me. lightweight and surprisingly sturdy. do be advised that the lighter colors will take on some damage after a few dozen bus rides, but it’s to be expected and i’m not mad at it. great purchase for the price !
