Encased in a tough 304 stainless cabinet the stainless interior is capable of accepting gastronorm 1/1 trays. Offering simple programming options, incorporating 'touch pad' technology the BFT48 is easy to operate using this innovative method. A useful temperature probe is fitted as standard as are lockable roller castors to aid manoeuvrability. Food wastage is reduced and hygiene levels maintained in this high calibre professional unit.
