Measure 1 flat scoop of powder (1 ml = 0.6 g of powder) and pour 100 ml of warm, boiled water , stirring constantly.
Consume in the morning, with breakfast. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (1 scoop = 0.6 g).

Inside the package there is a plastic measuring cup with a capacity of 1 ml.
Store in a dry place, below 25°C, out of reach of children. Protect from light. After opening and each use, ensure the container is properly closed.
Note! The vitamin mixture is susceptible to clumping if exposed to humid air or a wet spoon for extended periods. This type of clumping can be avoided by using a dry, clean measuring cup and by minimizing exposure to the product's surface when taking a serving.
