INTRODUCTION:

Welcome to the Design & Develop Effective Training & Assessment Strategies course. This course only includes a challenge assessment designed to assess your knowledge and skills required to demonstrate competence in clarifying the purpose of a training and assessment strategy, identifying target group and industry requirements, analysing nationally recognised training products, designing suitable training and assessment approaches, identifying required resources, evaluating the strategy with stakeholders, and finalising the strategy in line with legislative, VET regulatory, organisational, approval, and record management requirements.

Designing and developing effective training and assessment strategies involves creating a structured plan for how training and assessment will be organised, delivered, resourced, and evaluated to meet learner, industry, and training provider requirements. In real workplace practice, this requires workers to consult with stakeholders, identify the characteristics and needs of the target group, analyse training products and standards of performance, select suitable delivery and assessment options, estimate the amount of training and volume of learning, and ensure that the strategy is practical, compliant, and aligned with the intended training outcomes. This is important because a well-designed strategy supports quality training delivery, valid assessment planning, efficient resource use, and strong alignment with industry expectations and regulatory requirements.

The course assessment focuses on your ability to clarify the purpose of the strategy with stakeholders, identify target group characteristics and learning needs, engage with stakeholders to identify industry requirements, access and analyse nationally recognised training products, and document design options based on purpose, target group, industry requirements, learning environment, and provider requirements. It also evaluates your ability to identify delivery modes, entry requirements, learner selection requirements, amount of training, volume of learning, sequencing, scheduling, formative assessment points, required learning resources, and the availability of human and physical resources for training and assessment. In addition, the assessment examines your ability to analyse and document assessment strategy options, identify assessment methods, tools, timing, and adjustments, evaluate the strategy collaboratively with stakeholders, record modifications, and finalise and confirm the strategy in line with legislative, VET regulatory, organisational, document control, approval, and record management requirements.

By successfully completing this course assessment, you will have demonstrated that you can design and develop an effective training and assessment strategy by consulting with stakeholders, analysing training product and learner requirements, selecting suitable training and assessment approaches, identifying and confirming required resources, evaluating and refining the strategy collaboratively, and finalising it in accordance with workplace, legislative, and VET regulatory requirements.

Great product and value for the money
Pattern Name: Half Ears, Size: 4 Pound (Pack of 1)
Dog loves these. I only feed her natural food and treats. These are very healthy. She's a strong healthy 2 year old puppy. Will be buying again soon. It is a great product for the money. They are chewed up in minutes because she loves them. They do have a bit of an odor but it's not overbearing.

A great natural treat option, my dog approves
Pattern Name: Full Ears, Size: 8 Count, Pattern Name: Full Ears, Size: 8 Count
Ingredients: Natural pig ears 👍, they smell smoky (my dog loves it, I don’t mind it), most of the time they are a decent size. My dog is half American bully and a heavy chewer so these are a great option for him. The quality is always good, and the bags I get are always fresh. These are a good treat for him when I have to sneak out for a bit or when I am leaving for work in the morning. I have purchased these several times. I also appreciate the eco friendly bag :)

Great Natural Chew Dogs Love, but Can Be a Bit Messy
Pattern Name: Half Ears, Size: 25 Count (Pack of 1)
These pig ears are a big hit with dogs and keep them busy for a good while. They’re made from a single ingredient, which is a nice plus if you’re looking for something more natural. They help with chewing and can support dental health by reducing plaque while your dog works on them. That said, they can be a little greasy and have a smell, which is pretty normal for pig ears. Also, they may not last as long for heavy chewers. Overall, a tasty and natural treat most dogs will love, just expect a little mess.
